Atos provided certified SuccessFactors consulting and best-practice guidance to streamline data and processes onto the platform and to support rollout across the business. Governance changes emphasized common process adoption, centralized reporting, and role-based administration to reduce manual HR workload and accelerate consolidated headcount reporting. Outcomes recorded in the deployment included employee access to more than 700 courses on SAP SuccessFactors Learning, more timely talent identification and succession planning, automated compensation workflows to support recognition, and faster integration of acquisitions, along with improved reporting and workforce insight for executives and HR leaders. | |
