Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales was positioned to provide the transactional sales system of record while the unified Azure data estate and Power BI provided the analytical layer for interactive visualization and ad-hoc reporting.
Operational scope included sales and commercial functions across DKSH’s organization, with Dynamics 365 Sales configured to support standardized sales governance, pipeline hygiene, and sales engagement workflows. Governance and rollout emphasized centralized CRM data definitions, role-based access, and integration readiness for downstream analytics, aligning CRM transactional data with the enterprise analytics pipeline built by Celebal Technologies. The combined footprint connected Sales Automation,Sales Engagement capabilities with a cloud analytics architecture to enable self-service BI and advanced analytics for demand and forecast modeling where the analytics outcomes were explicitly delivered through the Azure and Power BI implementation.
