Oracle Cloud Infrastructure was used to standardize compute and platform layers, centralize management, and create a foundation to enable additional JD Edwards functionality and external access for dealers and distributors.
Operational ownership and managed services were provided by GSI, which handled the end-to-end migration, the JD Edwards upgrade, and ongoing managed services and support. Governance workstreams focused on cutover coordination, transitioning from the incumbent third-party support model, and staged testing and validation during the upgrade and migration.
