Church of England | Non Profit | 5000 | $2.2B | United Kingdom | Oracle | Oracle Cloud HCM Employee Self Service | Employee Self Service | 2021 | In 2021 the Church of England deployed Oracle Cloud HCM Employee Self Service with Inoapps as the implementation partner during an Apr 2021 to Jun 2021 program, launching the solution to over 280 HR users and more than 20,000 standard users across 49 regions using a big bang approach. The engagement centered on the Employee Self Service category and was executed as an enterprise HR rollout for the Church of England, with Inoapps providing Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion solution functional lead support. The implementation included Oracle Cloud Global Human Resource with Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and HR Admin Self Service, alongside Oracle Payroll Cloud, Oracle Cloud Absence Management, and Oracle Cloud Security. The program also delivered digital onboarding functionality and configuration for standard HCM workflows, role based access, and security provisioning using Oracle Cloud Security controls. Integrations were explicitly implemented with two applicant tracking systems to support talent intake and onboarding flows, and four downstream systems were connected to receive HR and payroll data feeds, preserving end to end personnel and payroll orchestration. Operational coverage spanned HR administration, manager self service and employee facing services, with orchestration across central HR teams and distributed regional user bases. Governance and change activities were defined as part of the rollout, with solution design, consulting, change management and delivery responsibilities performed by the program team and Inoapps. Key user training was delivered during the programme, and adoption was actively monitored to assess how quickly teams adapted to Oracle Cloud HCM Employee Self Service. | |
