Memorial Hermann Health Plan | Insurance | 100 | $13M | United States | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics CRM | CRM | 2013 |
In 2013, Memorial Hermann Health Plan implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM as an on premises CRM to consolidate disparate patient and event systems and provide a unified view of patient acquisitions. The initiative targeted marketing, call center operations, event management, and TIRR Memorial Hermann inpatient and outpatient onboarding, driven by a need for centralized data and standardized onboarding workflows.
Perficient led the implementation and configured Microsoft Dynamics CRM across four initial modules: marketing outreach and patient acquisition, event management, call center ticketing, and inpatient and outpatient tracking. The marketing solution was integrated into the existing enterprise content management system to capture and route interested party information and to track correspondences, Eventix was installed and configured to provide registration, invoicing, and payment tracking that works with Dynamics CRM, and the Service module of Microsoft Dynamics CRM was used to implement ticketing aligned to Memorial Hermann processes. For TIRR Memorial Hermann the implementation automated referral handling and introduced workflow automation to centralize referral communications and onboarding steps.
Integrations explicitly included the enterprise content management system, Eventix as the event management component, and referral management software feeding the TIRR solution center, all coordinated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The deployment was on premises and operational scope covered community outreach, the marketing department, the call center, and the TIRR solution center, affecting patient acquisition, event registration and management, ticket management, and referral onboarding business functions.
Governance and rollout followed Perficient’s methodology, progressing through Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition phases, with Perficient conducting strategy sessions, design iterations, and solution architecture sessions to secure business partner and executive support. Training, launch, monitoring, and ongoing support were part of the Transition activities. Following a successful implementation, Memorial Hermann Health Plan is leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM to handle community outreach, call center management, and specialty patient onboarding.

NGL Energy Partners LP | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 842 | $8.0B | United States | Oracle | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | 2017 |
In 2017, NGL Energy Partners LP implemented Oracle Cloud ERP, deploying an ERP Financial solution to replace its on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite. The implementation was delivered with Perficient as the system integrator and included procurement of Oracle’s Fusion ERP suite alongside supply chain management capabilities, positioning Oracle Cloud ERP to support corporate finance and operational supply chain functions.
The deployment focused on Financials within Oracle Cloud ERP and extended to Fusion ERP and supply chain management modules. Typical ERP Financial workflows were configured, including general ledger consolidation, accounts payable and receivable processing, fixed asset accounting, and period close orchestration, aligned to energy sector accounting and operational finance needs.
Architecture was based on Oracle’s cloud SaaS model, with a coordinated migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud ERP. Perficient led data migration and configuration activities to transfer financial ledgers and master data, and the project included configuration of role-based access, multi-ledger processing and cloud tenancy settings consistent with Oracle Cloud ERP operational patterns.
Operational scope covered corporate finance, accounting, procurement and supply chain functions across NGL Energy Partners LP, supporting centralized financial controls and standardized transactional workflows. Governance measures included formal change control and cloud governance for configuration updates, and process alignment between finance and supply chain teams to operate on the Oracle Cloud ERP platform.

NGL Energy Partners LP | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 842 | $8.0B | United States | Oracle | Oracle Cloud EPM | EPM | 2017 |
In 2017, NGL Energy Partners LP implemented Oracle Cloud EPM to consolidate accounting and performance management across its three core business segments, water handling and disposal, crude oil logistics, and liquids and refined products marketing. Oracle Cloud EPM, in the EPM category, was chosen to establish a single system of record and to standardize accounting and performance processes that had varied across acquired businesses.
The implementation covered Oracle Cloud EPM modules and adjacent Oracle Cloud capabilities for planning, financial close and consolidation, enterprise data management, and project portfolio management, together with procurement and accounting hub functionality. Configuration work established a single chart of accounts across all segments, standardized fixed asset management and procurement workflows, and automated many previously manual close and compliance tasks, enabling more granular project profitability analysis for operations.
Perficient worked with NGL Energy’s internal teams to deliver the project remotely, completing the rollout in about 15 months, and implemented enterprise data management patterns to support consolidated reporting. Integrations emphasized Oracle Accounting Hub for consistent customer and supplier master information, and the consolidated planning and consolidation layers were designed to feed operations and finance with aligned transactional and aggregated financial views.
Governance focused on embedding Oracle and finance best practices into system and process design, centralizing financial close and consolidation controls, and enforcing process consistency across accounting, planning, procurement, and compliance functions. As a result of the Oracle Cloud EPM deployment, NGL reports accelerated reporting cycles and higher quality, consistent information available in a more timely manner to support business decision making, and the company continues to iterate on process improvements and governance refinements.
