In 2018 Princess Auto Ltd. deployed Oracle CX Cloud to advance its Customer Experience agenda. The implementation was delivered with pivotree as the system integrator and followed a website launch on the Oracle ATG Commerce platform a few months earlier, establishing a coordinated commerce and CX stack.
The Oracle CX Cloud implementation focused on commerce experience capabilities typical of the Customer Experience category, including search and product discovery tuning, merchandising and personalization configuration, customer analytics instrumentation, and order management and fulfillment orchestration. Teams configured conversion optimization workflows and real time personalization rules to improve product findability and streamline purchase flows.
Integrations tied Oracle CX Cloud into the new Oracle ATG Commerce front end and the e-commerce checkout and order capture processes, enabling synchronized product, cart, and customer data across channels. The operational scope centered on Princess Auto Ltd.'s online channels and the retail merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, and customer service functions that support order fulfillment and delivery.
Governance and rollout were organized as an initial phase of a longer term CX program, with pivotree supporting phased deployment and configuration handoff to internal merchandising and operations teams.
