Integration work explicitly tied Quisitive Crg emPerform to Microsoft Dynamics GP for employee master data synchronization, ensuring position, department, and employee identifiers flowed from Dynamics GP into the performance system. Sikich supported the Dynamics GP alignment and data mapping during the integration phase, enabling centralized identity and organizational data for appraisal population. The phased approach allowed staged user onboarding and data reconciliation between Dynamics GP and Quisitive Crg emPerform.
Governance changes removed paper-based appraisal processes and standardized competency taxonomy and appraisal cadence across the business, with HR owning policy and workflow enforcement. The rollout delivered an explicitly stated greater than 50 percent reduction in time to complete performance tasks and established an integrated Performance and Goal Management capability tied to HR records in Dynamics GP.
