The implementation included setup of competency libraries and role-aligned appraisal forms, and configuration of approval routing to mirror existing performance governance. Reporting and administrative dashboards were enabled to support HR oversight of appraisal compliance and completion status. Integration work explicitly tied Quisitive Crg emPerform to Microsoft Dynamics GP for employee master data synchronization, ensuring position, department, and employee identifiers flowed from Dynamics GP into the performance system. Sikich supported the Dynamics GP alignment and data mapping during the integration phase, enabling centralized identity and organizational data for appraisal population. The phased approach allowed staged user onboarding and data reconciliation between Dynamics GP and Quisitive Crg emPerform. Governance changes removed paper-based appraisal processes and standardized competency taxonomy and appraisal cadence across the business, with HR owning policy and workflow enforcement. The rollout delivered an explicitly stated greater than 50 percent reduction in time to complete performance tasks and established an integrated Performance and Goal Management capability tied to HR records in Dynamics GP.

Warehouse and shop floor barcode automation were incorporated to streamline parts transactions and field provisioning, and the overall integration approach tied MRP by project, Bills of Materials, and routing into service readiness and spare parts planning. Governance and process restructuring focused on strengthening the handoff between engineering and manufacturing, formalizing revision management to reduce translation errors to the shop floor, and aligning service workflows with project management controls. Sikich implemented configuration and workflow rules that enabled seamless transfers of asset and service data between CAD, PLM, ERP, and Field Service, supporting consistent operational processes across engineering, manufacturing, warehouse, and field service teams. AMF reported explicit operational outcomes from the implementation, including reduced investment in on-premises hardware and support, improved transactional accuracy through barcode scanning automation, and greater cross-functional visibility into product lifecycle and portfolio profitability. AMF’s CIO and CFO characterized the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service deployment as a key component of their strategy to present a single customer view and to empower employees with modern service tools.
