Detskiy Mir PAO | Retail | 14126 | $2.0B | Russia | Oracle | Oracle Retail Merchandising System | Retail Management | 2006 |
In 2006 Detskiy Mir PAO implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System as part of an Oracle Retail MOM initiative to strengthen Retail Management capabilities across merchandising and store operations. The deployment was scoped to core retail functions and led by SITRONICS IT with embedded Oracle Retail consultancy for functional design and implementation support.
The technical implementation included configuration and business process design for Oracle Retail Merchandising System modules RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, Allocation, and RIB. Project activities documented in the engagement covered functional sessions, capturing requirements and gaps, preparing design specifications for modifications, and detailed system configuration work aligned to merchandising, pricing and inventory workflows.
Integration work used the RIB module as the integration bus and included preparing interface designs and data conversion deliverables to enable end to end flows between merchandising, allocation and store-level systems. Data conversion was led by the implementation team and testing cycles were supported to validate master data, transactional feeds and allocation logic across Merchandising and Inventory components.
Governance and rollout activities included structured functional workshops, user training, test support and issues resolution driven by Oracle Retail consultants and analysts. The implementation role explicitly covered business process design, configuration, data conversion leadership and training, providing operational readiness for core Retail Management functions at Detskiy Mir PAO.

In 2012, Detskiy Mir PAO implemented Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management to consolidate operational control of its federal retail network.
