| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Computer Task Group implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment centralized core finance and staffing accounting functions to support invoicing, payroll, month end reconciliation, accounts receivable research and resolution, purchase order review, held billing and operational reporting used by Financial Accountants and Staff Support Managers across the United States and Canada.
The implementation of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne encompassed financial management capabilities common to the ERP Financial category, including accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows, payroll processing and final paycheck handling aligned to state and provincial rules, billing and revenue subledger activities, and reporting for month end reconciliations. Configuration work documented in operations included new hire set ups, termination processing, PO review controls, verification of time and expenses, and creation of account level reporting used to manage both large managed service provider accounts and smaller specialized engagements.
Operational coverage for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne extended beyond transactional finance into staffing and project support processes, with the system used to process onboarding and separations, handle payroll and payroll-related compliance across US and Canadian jurisdictions, and generate recurring invoices such as background check billing and quarterly client audit invoices. The application served as the authoritative source for billing accuracy and employee pay verification, supporting verification of time and expenses and accurate customer invoicing.
Governance and process changes accompanying the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne rollout included formalized guide materials, standardized training protocols, and workflow documentation to ensure consistent month end close and billing practices. These controls were applied to remote employee management, client facing billing practices, and project level financial oversight to align day to day finance, payroll and staffing operations with the ERP Financial system.
