The technical stack was managed on SQL Server environments through SQL 2014, with SRS and Jet tooling used for repeatable document and reporting processes.
Governance and operational ownership rested with the Sr Director of IT who managed platform upgrades, customizations, scheduled testing for system integration, performance and security, and project execution to control budget, schedule and scope. Governance controls included data integrity checks, role based access and approval routing for requisitions and benefit changes, along with standardized onboarding and recruitment processes to reduce manual steps in daily HR operations.
