The Records Management solution was integrated into the overall deployment to ensure learner and candidate records were captured and retained consistently across systems, enabling a unified HR data flow between Learning and Talent Acquisition.

Rollout and operational ownership were structured around HR centers of excellence to standardize learning administration and recruiting record processes across business units.
