In 2016, Arm Holdings implemented ADP Freedom as its Payroll application to support UK payroll processing and to feed payroll workflows in a multinational finance and HCM program. Arm Holdings ADP Freedom Payroll payroll processing was positioned alongside a broader Digital Finance and HCM rollout that spanned UK, Europe, Asia, North America and Canada, and covered 15 countries across six time zones.
The implementation included configuration and enhancement work for core payroll feeds, specifically to transmit employee absence, reimbursement and benefit data into ADP Freedom for UK payroll and into ADP Workforce for US payroll. The project team delivered reporting extracts and batch interfaces used by UK and US payroll teams, and executed enhancement projects to accommodate local payroll requirements and data extracts.
Integrations were a central element of the deployment, with ADP Freedom receiving extracts from the HCM environment and participating in end to end flows that also involved ServiceNow ticketing via Mulesoft, Reward Hub, Benefit Focus, Minimaster ECC 6.0, Concur, People Hub, LMS, Ariba and other downstream systems. These integrations supported joiner and leaver event automation, benefit and reimbursement exchanges, and supplier onboarding related to procurement platform migrations.
Operationally the program was led by a cutover manager who planned and executed cutover and rollout activities, coordinated external vendors and suppliers, and managed risk and stakeholder engagement across regions. The rollout statement documents successful delivery of payroll and finance related modules on time and within budget for the targeted countries, and records successful implementations of ServiceNow ticketing, Ariba onboarding and Reward Hub Benefit Focus integrations that supported the ADP Freedom payroll flows.
