In 2019, HelloFresh Australia deployed ADP Real Time as the primary payroll application for the Australia and New Zealand payroll function, Category . The implementation centered on high volume payroll orchestration using ADP Real Time, with emphasis on weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles and role-based access for payroll operators and leads.
The deployment covered end to end payroll processing for approximately 1250 plus employees across three legal entities, processing superannuation, child support, PAYG payments, kiwisaver, PAYE and student loan deductions, workers compensation calculations and ad hoc pay calculations. ADP Real Time was configured to receive and validate time and attendance records, enforce Modern Awards and local legislation, and maintain employee master data accuracy across multiple systems.
Configuration and functional modules implemented included a payroll computation engine, tax and statutory deduction processing, time and attendance reconciliation, exception handling and audit trail capabilities, and reporting to support payroll close and compliance activities.
