Conga Contracts was configured to provide contract authoring, approval workflows, version control, and a centralized contract repository consistent with Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities. Functional design documents and estimates were prepared by the build team lead, and work was executed in Agile sprints managed in Azure DevOps, with system and user acceptance testing driven by prepared test grids.
Integrations were designed to connect Conga Contracts to PeopleSoft Financials using a MuleSoft Integration Platform, and to synchronize vendor and contract metadata with Salesforce Vendor Management and CoStar leasing systems.
