In 2020, CallMiner implemented DealHub CPQ as its Configure Price Quote (CPQ) application to centralize quoting and sales enablement processes. Implementation work focused on configuration, maintenance, and user administration of DealHub CPQ, including security and permissions modeling, workflow configuration, and process automation for generating and approving quotes. Functional responsibilities documented in the environment included advanced troubleshooting, role based access control, configurable approval chains, and the creation and maintenance of process and user enablement documentation for ongoing operations.
