The implementation concentrated functional configuration on payer and care management areas, aligning Healthy Planet Link with Tapestry, Resolute PB and Cadence modules to support claims processing, provider contracts, premium billing, utilization management and benefit engine logic. GlobalHealth staffed upgrade and governance processes, assigning and tracking NOVA notes for upgrades and software updates, performing regular SU application, and maintaining quarterly and yearly updates for fee schedules and CPT, HCPCS and ICD code masters. Operational rollout included end-user and super-user training, Go-Live support, ETL and reporting ownership for regulatory and HEDIS/NCQA reporting, and ongoing management of EDI, encryption and file transfer workflows to sustain Federal Exchange and payer connectivity.
