Chemigraphic | Manufacturing | 137 | $27M | United Kingdom | IFS | IFS Cloud CRM | CRM | 2018 | Anthesis |
In 2018, Chemigraphic implemented IFS Cloud CRM as part of a cloud deployment based on IFS Applications 10. The project positioned the design-led Electronic Manufacturing Services provider to run core enterprise functions in a single cloud platform, and Anthesis delivered the implementation and ongoing consultancy support.
The implementation was hosted entirely on Microsoft Azure and restored the full IFS stack for 75 system users, with Chemigraphic utilising IFS Cloud CRM alongside Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Financials, Warehousing, HR and Maintenance modules. Users interact with the system through office-based enterprise interfaces and handheld devices for warehousing data capture, reflecting a mixed mobile and desktop operational footprint.
Anthesis managed the rollout from May 2018 with a six consultant delivery team led by Mike Evans, supported by an internal Chemigraphic taskforce led by Technical Director Stewart Gadd and NPI and Sales Systems Manager Alex Cook. The delivery included both functional and technical consultancy, considerable testing, and partner-led project management, with the main implementation activities operating out of Chemigraphic’s Crawley site.
Chemigraphic reported explicit operational benefits from the deployment, citing improved planning, better forecasting and enhanced capacity management that support faster, more flexible operations. Anthesis and Chemigraphic continued to embed IFS Cloud CRM and the surrounding IFS Applications 10 modules across their business functions after the initial go live.
