Chemigraphic Manufacturing 137 $27M United Kingdom IFS IFS Cloud CRM CRM 2018 Anthesis
In 2018, Chemigraphic implemented IFS Cloud CRM as part of a cloud deployment based on IFS Applications 10. The project positioned the design-led Electronic Manufacturing Services provider to run core enterprise functions in a single cloud platform, and Anthesis delivered the implementation and ongoing consultancy support. The implementation was hosted entirely on Microsoft Azure and restored the full IFS stack for 75 system users, with Chemigraphic utilising IFS Cloud CRM alongside Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Financials, Warehousing, HR and Maintenance modules. Users interact with the system through office-based enterprise interfaces and handheld devices for warehousing data capture, reflecting a mixed mobile and desktop operational footprint. Anthesis managed the rollout from May 2018 with a six consultant delivery team led by Mike Evans, supported by an internal Chemigraphic taskforce led by Technical Director Stewart Gadd and NPI and Sales Systems Manager Alex Cook. The delivery included both functional and technical consultancy, considerable testing, and partner-led project management, with the main implementation activities operating out of Chemigraphic’s Crawley site. Chemigraphic reported explicit operational benefits from the deployment, citing improved planning, better forecasting and enhanced capacity management that support faster, more flexible operations. Anthesis and Chemigraphic continued to embed IFS Cloud CRM and the surrounding IFS Applications 10 modules across their business functions after the initial go live.
Habia Manufacturing 500 $120M Sweden IFS IFS Cloud CRM CRM 2023 n/a
In 2023 Habia selected IFS Cloud CRM as part of a broader upgrade to the IFS Cloud enterprise suite, formalizing a move to IFS to modernize its ERP and customer engagement capabilities. Habia is a global manufacturer of wires, cables and cable harnesses and the IFS Cloud CRM selection anchors a multi-module deployment across core business functions. The implementation plan centers on deploying IFS Cloud CRM alongside manufacturing, finance, supply chain, maintenance, and human capital management modules. Configurations emphasize business process automation, AI-driven automation and optimization, Internet of Things enabled data capture, and advanced analytics, all delivered through a single user interface and composable application architecture. IFS Cloud CRM is positioned to support standard CRM workflows for sales, service and customer management while operating within the unified IFS Cloud platform. The upgrade is scheduled for Q2 2024 and will be managed by IFS partner Addovation, with operational rollout covering Habia manufacturing sites in Germany, Poland, Sweden, and China. Integrations are scoped to operate across manufacturing execution, supply chain communication, maintenance planning, financials and HCM processes, enabling data flow between CRM and those functional modules without naming additional external systems. Governance for the program leverages IFSs evergreen ERP model to control release timing and reduce disruption, and the composable approach is intended to accelerate access to new capabilities and time to insight. The deployment is framed to impact customer service, supply chain coordination, operations, finance and HR, and is expected to enable improved supply chain communication, faster adaptation to external disruptions and more efficient customer demand fulfillment as stated by Habia and IFS.
