In 2019, Helping Hands Network implemented Kidsoft for Childcare Management. The deployment is visible on the Helping Hands Network website where Kidsoft is used to surface parent-facing enrolment and family engagement features. The implementation supports Helping Hands Network's education and childcare operations and its staff of roughly 2500 in Australia.
Kidsoft was configured to manage core childcare workflows including enrolment management, daily attendance capture, billing and invoicing, parent communications through a portal, compliance reporting, and staff rostering. The application underpins centre and corporate operational processes across Helping Hands Network.
Governance focused on standardizing enrolment and compliance workflows and establishing role based permissions and reporting hierarchies for centre and corporate oversight. Training and process documentation were incorporated into the rollout to align centre operations with Kidsoft workflows and to ensure consistent data entry for regulatory reporting. The narrative positions Kidsoft as the primary Childcare Management application for Helping Hands Network's web based parent engagement and core operational systems.
