Project and service management activities encompassed analysis, design, data cleansing, a fresh install and plant system integration, alongside migration and configuration tasks for ERP alignment. Rollout governance included definition of production reporting, alignment of demand management, generation of MPS and MRP scenarios, resource workload management using RCCP and CRP, and costing workflow definition for material, resource and outside processing.
