The program scope targeted a master data hub to produce a golden source of truth and a 360 degree view of enterprise customer data, and it used Siebel UCM alongside the Informatica MDM suite of tools to support master record stewardship and data consolidation.
The Oracle Siebel Universal Customer Master deployment included configuration of master data hub capabilities, data model harmonization for customer attributes, and embedded data quality and de duplication logic. The implementation worked with product managers to define and implement data cleansing and governance rules inside the enterprise data quality tooling, and the project delivered global de duplication logic to rationalize customer references.
Integration work connected the master data hub to more than 20 on premise and cloud enterprise systems, creating a four way communication channel between enterprise systems, the data quality tool, middleware, and the master data hub.
