Australian Venue Co (AVC) Leisure and Hospitality 8300 $720M Australia PageUp PageUp Onboarding Onboarding 2017 n/a
Australian Venue Co implemented PageUp Onboarding in 2017. The PageUp Onboarding application was provisioned to centralize onboarding record management and new starter intake across the hospitality group, supporting HR and payroll admission workflows for approximately 5,000 active employees. Configuration focused on an online candidate and new starter portal, structured employment record capture, and automated provisioning of hire data into downstream systems. PageUp Onboarding was used to maintain employment variations, terminations, and transfers as part of a controlled employee record lifecycle, and the application was configured to support document storage and the handoff of employment attributes required for payroll processing and timekeeping reconciliation. The implementation integrated with the ACCESS MicrOpay Meridien payroll package, the Human Force time and attendance system, a SharePoint based employment update system, and an online HelpDesk ticketing workflow, and it was aligned with HostPlus superannuation portal interactions for super reporting. These integrations enabled data flows from the PageUp Onboarding portal into payroll and time and attendance, supporting nationwide venue payrolls across Australian states and a New Zealand payroll. Camp Australia Education 5000 $105M Australia PageUp PageUp Onboarding Onboarding 2023 n/a
In 2023, Camp Australia implemented PageUp Onboarding as part of a broader deployment that included PageUp Recruitment Marketing and ATS capabilities, addressing volume hiring for a largely casualised educator workforce. Camp Australia is a national provider of out of school hours care operating nearly 550 services across Australia with approximately 3,500 employees, and the implementation targeted recruitment and onboarding complexity driven by state by state regulatory differences. The deployment combined PageUp Recruitment Marketing, applicant tracking capabilities and PageUp Onboarding to create configurable hiring and onboarding workflows. Configuration work focused on function specific workflows, candidate experience improvements through a talent facing careers site, and staged new starter processing to capture documentation and compliance requirements. The talent acquisition team was provisioned with control of careers site content and workflow configuration, enabling changes without IT intervention. Before the implementation Camp Australia relied on multiple proprietary platforms that did not integrate and required manual reconciliation, this rollout centralized recruitment and onboarding process orchestration within PageUp and delivered actionable reporting and analytics. PageUp Onboarding was used to operationalize document capture, compliance tracking and automated task routing consistent with regulated educator qualifications. Operational coverage extended across the national TA function and recruitment activity for nearly 550 service sites, supporting thousands of hires annually. Governance and process restructuring placed process mapping and approval workflows under the talent acquisition function, introducing role based visibility and dashboard driven monitoring. The change reduced handoffs and established a single source of truth for candidate and new starter status, supporting continuous interrogation of pain points through configurable reports and dashboards. Outcomes reported after implementation include Camp Australia almost halving their time to fill, reducing new starter processing time by 97 percent and reducing onboarding time by 84 percent. PageUp Onboarding and the associated PageUp solutions also delivered immediate access to reporting and visibility to inform operational decision making.
