The deployment emphasized API driven online ordering workflows and a user friendly POS interface to support rapid order entry, menu testing, and staff operations within a delivery centric environment.
The implementation integrated explicit third party platforms, including Olo for centralizing delivery and takeout orders and Punchh for loyalty members, while maintaining direct online ordering through Fazolis website and connections to 11 third party delivery partners.
