Agravis Raiffeisen | Consumer Packaged Goods | 6853 | $9.0B | Germany | Persis | Persis HR | Core HR | 2016 | n/a |
In 2016 Agravis Raiffeisen implemented Persis HR as a Core HR solution to address growing HR complexity driven by steady growth and mergers. The deployment targeted the AGRAVIS human resource department with the objective of shifting from administrating toward proactive consulting by consolidating HR processes and planning functionality.
Jointly with noventum consulting GmbH, the HR management product from PERSIS was selected and configured with the modules Job Applicant Management, Human Resource Development, Employee Development including automated management bonus calculation, and Human Resource Manager. Additional capabilities implemented included a digital personnel file and an employee life-cycle process, extending HR scope to integrate tasks that had previously fallen outside standard HR operations.
The implementation included an import of master data from the PAISY accounting system to populate employee records and reduce manual reconciliation, and integrations were scoped to support automated mapping of personnel data across HR modules. Operational coverage remained centered on the central HR function across AGRAVIS, aligning recruiting, development, and compensation workflows within Persis HR. The Persis HR application was instrumented to orchestrate end-to-end employee processes rather than purely transactional activities.
Governance and rollout were executed in collaboration with noventum consulting GmbH, with an assessment and prioritisation phase that guided incremental enhancements after the initial implementation. By the time of the reported expansion, approximately 60 to 70 percent of the HR requirements defined by AGRAVIS had been mapped to satisfaction within Persis HR. Today the AGRAVIS human resource department works with a modern Persis HR implementation that enables frequent automated mapping of human resource management processes and supports ongoing enhancement prioritisation.
