The project team executed root cause analysis for internal system errors, managed interface error queues, and supported ongoing membership support activities at the Issaquah, Washington site during a follow on engagement from July 2015 to June 2016. Transitioning membership functionality involved migrating or reconciling data and interfaces associated with AS400 into the SAP CRM Loyalty environment.

In 2016 H&M UK implemented SAP CRM Loyalty as a Customer Loyalty solution to support CRM and marketing business functions across its UK retail and e commerce operations. The deployment centered on SAP CRM Loyalty Management capabilities and was positioned to unify membership enrollment, points and tier management, and campaign execution under a single loyalty application for the UK market.
