The project was implemented by IBM business partner SVA Wiesbaden, with operational scope covering manufacturing sites and assembly plants and supporting over 1000 users. Operational tooling included SAP's TMS change control ticketing managed to closure and Trackwise user administration for quality workflows.
Projects and changes were governed to Good Manufacturing Practice standards, with formal validation, test results, change control forms and sign off by Quality or Head of Department where required. The Senior Project Manager role led planning, testing and go live activities, following SDLC practices to ensure operational continuity during business hours and month end processing. Daily monitoring of BI report delivery and data uploads was required to maintain MIS availability and support production planning and scheduling functions.
