A McDonalds Human Resources Compensation Analyst led configuration and implementation activities between November 2017 and January 2018, spearheading development and operational readiness across multiple on-site operations. The project team performed systems testing within the compensation management system to validate functionality and usability, and created role-based training materials and training modules for operational users. SumTotal Compensation served as the single repository for Base, TIP, and LTI payout calculations and compensation data maintenance.
Operational scope included contributions to the Annual Open Enrollment process, aligning employee-facing resources with new Global People branding and ensuring adherence to SEC and Federal regulatory requirements. The implementation encompassed auditing offer letters to ensure special bonuses were paid in accordance with the Common Merit Date and maintaining annual compensation confirmations to preserve calculation accuracy for total payout components.
