In 2020, Adriatic LNG deployed SupplHi as its Supplier Relationship Management platform to centralize vendor scouting and supplier qualification for offshore related services. SupplHi was configured with an industry specific Standard Categorization of industrial equipment and services that maps to Adriatic LNG’s internal categories, enabling structured supplier profiles and category aligned searches. The platform also integrates with partnered financial and compliance data providers to enrich vendor financial strength and compliance indicators used in supplier screening.
The deployment focused on vendor scouting for about 70 defined categories of supply including offshore catering, maintenance of continuous atmospheric emission monitoring systems, and marine environmental monitoring activities, supporting procurement and supplier qualification across sites in Milan, Porto Viro Rovigo, and the offshore terminal. The scope was operationally centered on the procurement and supply chain functions, with the platform feeding vendor master lists and category management workflows.
Governance was established through SupplHi led quality assurance of vendor information and alignment of platform categories with Adriatic LNG’s internal taxonomy, enabling a monitored rollout and ongoing category oversight. The access to SupplHi immediately tripled the number of vendors relevant to Adriatic LNG’s specific needs and provided the ability to monitor the categories of supply during the following year.

Bonatti | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 10000 | $933M | Italy | SupplHi | SupplHi | Supplier Relationship Management | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018 Bonatti implemented SupplHi for Supplier Relationship Management to consolidate vendor qualification and performance evaluation business functions across its international engineering, procurement and construction operations. The SupplHi platform was adopted exclusively and provisioned as a plug & play cloud service, with the core rollout completed within two weeks leveraging SupplHi’s standard model based on international best practices.
The implementation centralized Vendor Management capabilities including Vendor Qualification, Performance Evaluation and a standardized product categorization framework used to classify equipment and services. SupplHi hosted vendor registration workflows and a structured categorization catalog, and the SupplHi team executed quality assurance and expediting of supplier-submitted data to ensure completeness and compliance with plant engineering industry requirements.
Operational coverage targeted Bonatti’s global supplier base, with eight invitational campaigns to onboard approximately 1,400 main vendors spread across Europe, CIS, Africa and North America, and provided internet-accessible vendor records for colleagues in remote sites. The deployment directly supported the Qualification and Post Order Department and procurement-facing teams, effectively outsourcing day to day Vendor Management activities to the SupplHi platform while preserving Bonatti governance over approval and evaluation processes.
Rollout and governance followed a standardized configuration rather than bespoke process design, enabling rapid adoption without charging vendors fees and allowing users to find vendors by critical categories. The SupplHi platform became the central Supplier Relationship Management system for Bonatti, delivering vendor hosting and management capabilities immediately and delivering about 70% cost savings versus developing an internal system according to Bonatti’s assessment, with additional functionality added over the subsequent two years.
