In 2018, ALCO Management implemented Yardi Payscan as its AP Automation solution. Implementation included establishing testing and validation checkpoints, documentation of import scripts and report definitions, and operational handoffs to on-site staff and accounting teams for ongoing AP Automation operations.

In 2015, Artis Real Estate Investment Trust implemented Yardi Payscan for AP Automation during a one year contract in Edmonton to centralize accounts payable and property administration workflows. The engagement reorganized the executive assistant role into a coordinator position to drive consistent information flow and process standardization across administrative and AP functions.
