Archdiocese of Brisbane Non Profit 16000 $1.9B Australia Litmos Litmos LMS Learning and Development 2020 n/a In 2020, Archdiocese of Brisbane implemented Litmos LMS as the primary platform for Learning and Development across its Australian operations. The deployment positioned Litmos LMS to support corporate training and compliance learning for an organisation with approximately 16,000 employees, aligning the application with HR and people development functions. Implementation work focused on platform administration, content lifecycle management and instructional delivery. Responsibilities included administrative and technical support for SAP Litmos and Percipio, design, development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of course content, assets and resources used to deliver online instructional functions, and management of system updates and upgrades. The Litmos LMS implementation included integration points with HRIS systems to surface user records and enrolment status, and to support enterprise workflows for Employee Surveys and the performance management process. Operational coverage extended to HR, learning and development, and workplace equity groups, and the platform was used to support Workplace Gender Equity Agency Reporting and the Employee Assistance Program. Governance was operationalised through a dedicated Learning Management Systems Administrator role that oversaw configuration, patching and release management, content governance and platform access controls. The administrator role also supported process alignment with Workplace Equity and Diversity Group initiatives and ensured the LMS supported internal reporting and program delivery requirements.
