Recruitment interactions observed at two open days, one at South West College Enniskillen and one at Armagh Southern Regional College, connected hiring and onboarding touchpoints to the central HR database, and a two weeks reception rotation reinforced how front desk operations feed employee record updates. Governance practices emphasized hands-on data stewardship, with HR ownership of data collection and upload routines into Softworks Workforce Management. The rollout was operationally focused, embedding the application as the authoritative store for employee information and formalizing file update workflows within HR.
