The engagement included migration of customer landscape artifacts from SQL Server 2008 and OpenText Livelink 10.1 to Oracle 12c and the OpenText 16.2 archive center, aligning content repositories with the new SAP and OpenText configuration. Interfaces between OpenText ICC and SAP components were established to enable archival and retrieval of financial documents.
