Edrington Consumer Packaged Goods 2500 $1.8B United Kingdom SAP SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR 2016 NTT North America In 2016, Edrington implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the central Core HR system for its global HR landscape. The deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the authoritative employee master, aligning HR record keeping and organizational data for the company’s roughly 2,500 employees in the consumer packaged goods sector. The implementation included SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 as a focused capability to standardize the new hire journey, and Edrington also runs a suite of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation. Configuration emphasis was on Core HR workflows, global employee master data and organizational management, plus onboarding workflows designed to increase hiring manager engagement and accelerate new hire readiness. Integration scope centered on intra-suite data flows between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the listed Talent modules to maintain a single source of truth for hire-to-core HR processes. Operational coverage extended to HR, Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams across Edrington’s international operations, delivering a globally consistent approach to onboarding described by the HRIS team. Governance and rollout were driven by the HRIS function with public presentations led by Ryan Cavanagh, HRIS Manager, and execution support from implementation partner NTT North America. Outcomes reported in customer communications include streamlined processes and an enhanced new hire experience and improved hiring manager engagement, with next steps and best practices discussed in post-implementation sessions.
