To bridge HR and JML processes during the rollout, temporary joiner-mover-leaver forms were created in Microsoft Excel using Visual Basic, pending automation by Barclays internal IT teams. Governance and process transformation were driven by WFM subject matter experts who authored new process standards and rollout documentation to reflect business area needs and to make those processes available for broader adoption. Day-to-day administration, schedule change controls, and user training for planners and MI analysts were established to sustain the Alvaria Workforce deployment and maintain Workforce Management operations.
