The strategic plan documented an inventory and assessment of the airport technology environment and evaluated emerging technologies to streamline business operations and support safe airport operations. The Oracle Cloud HCM implementation was scoped as a cloud SaaS deployment of Core HR capabilities, with emphasis on workforce administration, personnel data centralization, benefits administration and talent management workflows. Configuration work focused on security role design, HR record standardization and automation of core HR processes to align with airport staffing and administrative practices for an organization of this size. Integrations and system touchpoints were explicitly analyzed as part of the plan, including alignment with Oracle Cloud ERP for Finance and Human resources and potential interfaces with SkiData Parking Revenue Management, Ground Transportation Management, Website and Mobile Applications, Project Management and Portfolio Management, Enterprise Content Management and Mass Notification systems. Operational coverage for the Oracle Cloud HCM scope included Information Technology Services, HR, Finance and operational groups involved in passenger journey and airport operations. Governance and rollout planning was led by JWG and included human capital recommendations for IT staffing, IT organizational standards and phased prioritization of workstreams. The roadmap incorporated stakeholder engagement, gap and SWOT analysis, cost estimating and phasing to guide configuration, procurement and managed delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM across administrative and operational departments.
