The implementation made AccessHR the system of record for employee files and HR reporting used by HR Administrators and the HR Manager. Operational coverage was scoped to HR administration in London, with the HR Administrator owning day to day system administration, benefits vendor coordination, handling general HR queries, running system reports, and supporting payroll and recruitment activities. The platform supports HR, payroll administration, talent acquisition and line management workflows, and is used to track compliance related tasks such as right to work checks and probation outcomes. Governance and rollout assigned procedural ownership to the HR Administrator role, with full training provided for junior HR staff to operate Access People HR System and AccessHR. Policies and procedures ownership, maintenance of employee records, and structured workflow responsibilities were formalized to embed the Core HR application into euNetworks London HR operating practices. | |
