Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Ltd. Professional Services 500 $52M United Kingdom IRIS Software IRIS CascadeHR Core HR 2017 n/a In 2017 Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Ltd. implemented IRIS CascadeHR as its Core HR solution. The deployment supported an HR team of six administering a total headcount of approximately 560 employees, with more than 450 employees located in the London office. The implementation focused on standard Core HR capabilities, with IRIS CascadeHR used for candidate and recruitment tracking, new starter onboarding and induction workflows, personnel record maintenance, visa and right to work checks, and benefits enrollment administration. The HR team updated IRIS CascadeHR as part of day to day operations and supplemented system activity with a weekly recruitment tracker and Excel reporting to manage live job postings and candidate pipelines. Operational governance around IRIS CascadeHR included weekly resource meetings with directors to review live vacancies and recruitment priorities, and structured use of the system to drive end to end performance workflows such as three month and six month probation reviews and annual appraisals. The HR function also used the application as a training and help desk focal point, delivering weekly CascadeHR training for new joiners and acting as the primary contact for employee HR queries, while performing related administrative tasks such as scheduling CSCS health and safety tests for architects and completing paperwork to add employees to benefits.
William Reed Business Media Media 293 $40M United Kingdom Cezanne HR Cezanne HR People Management Core HR 2021 n/a In 2021, William Reed Business Media implemented Cezanne HR People Management as its Core HR platform. The deployment centralized employee records and HR workflows for a global workforce of just over 330 employees with offices in Crawley, Chicago, Montpellier, Singapore and London, addressing extensive manual, paper based and email driven HR administration that previously fragmented people data across multiple locations. The implementation encompassed the core People Management functionality alongside the Absence module, with the Onboarding module actively being rolled out and Performance Management staged for deployment. Cezanne HR People Management was configured to provide employee and manager self service, centralized document storage, absence management capable of handling multi‑jurisdictional leave rules, and onboarding portals that deliver personalized starter content and team visuals to new hires. Operational ownership and scope covered the HR team, line managers and all employees across corporate and regional offices, shifting routine transactional activity into the system to free HR capacity for higher value work. The rollout emphasized manager enablement so that line managers gained visibility into career progression, pay and development information previously unavailable through the former ad hoc processes. Governance changes included centralizing recordkeeping to improve data protection compliance and replacing disparate forms and email attachments with tracked digital workflows. The project was executed quickly over a few months, supplemented by optional workshops for managers and staff which drove strong adoption and familiarity with the platform. Reported outcomes from the implementation include a marked reduction in day to day HR administrative effort, improved manager and employee access to development and people data, and overall satisfaction that the solution met or exceeded the companys original requirements. Staff reception was described as overwhelmingly positive and the implementation team noted that the system allowed HR to focus on strategic process improvement rather than routine case management.
