Governance changes included centralizing recordkeeping to improve data protection compliance and replacing disparate forms and email attachments with tracked digital workflows. The project was executed quickly over a few months, supplemented by optional workshops for managers and staff which drove strong adoption and familiarity with the platform. Reported outcomes from the implementation include a marked reduction in day to day HR administrative effort, improved manager and employee access to development and people data, and overall satisfaction that the solution met or exceeded the companys original requirements.
