Data setup and updates were performed in centrally maintained tables to maintain consistency across modules. Governance emphasized adherence to Service Level Agreement guidelines and Key Performance Indicator targets, together with formalized scopes of work and functional specifications for enhancements. Operating procedures, testing scripts, and training materials were produced and updated to streamline user guidance and rollout of system changes. Change requests were processed using impact analysis and Level of Effort estimates prior to configuration or vendor work, aligning HR Avenue operation with established HR Operations and payroll coordination processes.
