Operational interfaces were established between ActionHRM HCM Solution and the broader HR software footprint observed in the environment, including MS Office and Teams for document handling and communications, alongside Pronto, Enboarder and Redmap as adjacent HR and operational systems supporting onboarding, rostering and workforce administration. These integrations allowed handoffs for document creation, employee communications and transactional data exchange across systems. Governance and process changes centered on centralizing HR administration within ActionHRM, enforcing monthly record audits, and standardizing employment variation, contract and offboarding procedures to improve recordkeeping and operational consistency across HR teams. The implementation aligned HR administration, compliance registers and day to day HR service workflows under the ActionHRM HCM Solution platform. | |
