The Oleeo ATS solution was used to consolidate application data and reduce reliance on off-system trackers, providing a single source of truth for applicant status and shortlisting activity while maintaining role-specific application adaptations for diverse service areas. Governance and process changes included standardizing application templates by job type, centralizing report generation, and routing candidate communications through the ATS to streamline recruiter and manager workflows. Measured outcomes reported by the council include candidate experience rated good, very good or excellent reaching 100 percent in May 2022, recognition as a finalist in an in-house recruitment award for candidate experience, and substantially reduced time spent preparing data and reports according to Kirklees recruitment leadership.
