In 2018, DBS Bank implemented Cornerstone Saba Halogen Learning Management as its centralized Learning and Development platform. The deployment was executed under the Employee Services and HR Technology Platform portfolio, aligning the new Cornerstone Saba Halogen Learning Management with Digi HR initiatives and Human Capital Analytics workstreams.
The implementation focused on core learning management capabilities typical for Learning and Development platforms, including learning administration, content management and curation, compliance and certification workflows, mobile learning support for native Android and iOS apps, and reporting for human capital analytics. Cornerstone Saba Halogen Learning Management was configured to support role based learning pathways and to surface learning data into downstream analytics pipelines.
Integrations were built to connect the Learning and Development platform with the enterprise HR and talent ecosystem, explicitly including PeopleSoft HRMS and Taleo eRecruit, the existing SABA Cloud Learning Management footprint, HR chatbot services, Liferay intranet content delivery, and the COUPA procurement system. The program included data conversion activities and design of upstream and downstream integrations into Bigdata Hadoop pipelines and Human Capital Analytics, and it was planned in the context of a PeopleSoft HRMS to Workday HCM cloud program.
Operational ownership rested with Employee Services and HR Technology Platform teams, with rollout and governance structured around HR process alignment, data conversion controls, and integration testing across HRMS, LMS, recruitment, intranet and procurement systems. The implementation narrative emphasizes centralized learning operations, integrated learner data flows into analytics, and governance for cross system data interfaces.
