Operational coverage focused on Traxion transportation and customer service functions within Mexico, applying the Real-Time Transportation Visibility solution to carrier management, dispatch and last mile tracking workflows. Governance and rollout followed a rapid delivery cadence with partner Ágora, moving from design to live in about four months and emphasizing exception workflows and delivery status alerts as primary operational controls.
