Those integrations enabled budget owners across finance and HR functions to review reconciled numbers and reduced manual cross checking between systems. Governance shifted ownership of workforce planning into a finance-led collaborative process, changing workflows so budget owners engage directly in consolidated planning rather than maintaining isolated spreadsheets. The organization reported increased budget-owner engagement and that planners freed time for more strategic analysis as a result of the new platform and integrated data flows. | |
