The deployment targets Succession and Leadership Planning within Brose's HR organization, aligning talent pipelines and leadership continuity across the Brose Group. The implementation delivered the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Learning, Employee Profile, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Employee Central. The SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development component was configured to support talent pool management, succession pipelines, individual development plans, and performance calibration workflows linked to learning records and consolidated employee profiles. Modules were integrated inside the SuccessFactors suite with Employee Central serving as the core HR record to provide shared master data for succession and talent processes. Operational coverage spans HR, talent management, learning and workforce planning functions across Brose's approximately 32,000 employees, with process orchestration between Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development. The project was executed in collaboration with MHP, A Porsche Company, under the leadership of Johannes Schwämmlein Head of HR Digitalization, and concluded successfully. Additional SuccessFactors capabilities Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Analytics are slated for phased implementation to complete the program by 2023.

In 2021, Brose Fahrzeugteile deployed SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals as part of a broader SAP SuccessFactors suite implementation. MHP – A Porsche Company led the engagement and the digital HR transformation project completed by Brose and MHP has been described as a success by Johannes Schwämmlein Head of HR Digitalization at the Brose Group. The implementation delivered core HR and talent modules including Learning, Employee Profile, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Employee Central. SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals was configured within the Performance and Goal Management category to enable structured goal setting, periodic performance evaluations, and talent calibration workflows tied to employee profiles and development plans. Employee Central was established as the foundational HR information source and was integrated with Performance and Goals to supply organizational structure and master employee data for appraisal and goal alignment processes. The wider SuccessFactors suite will be expanded to include Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Analytics, with those modules scheduled for gradual implementation through 2023. Governance followed a phased rollout led jointly by Brose HR and MHP, sequencing core workforce data and profile capabilities ahead of candidate facing and compensation functionality. The program covered Brose Group HR processes and talent management workflows and concluded with the stated successful outcome while the remaining modules continue toward the 2023 completion target.
