Governance and rollout included creation of comprehensive training materials and standard operating procedures for Actabl Hotel Effectiveness, and a supervisor training program to embed new workflows into daily operations. The rollout emphasized crossdepartment collaboration between operations, marketing, and revenue teams to standardize data collection and align guest engagement processes with existing class and membership programs.
