De La Rue | Professional Services | 2042 | $439M | United Kingdom | Sage | Sage People (ex Fairsail) | Core HR | 2017 | n/a | In 2017, De La Rue implemented Sage People (ex Fairsail) as its Core HR platform, initiating an HRIS programme led to deliver a step change in system, process, and services from HR. The programme concurrently delivered and implemented Optamor RPO and the Mitrefinch Time and attendance system, positioning Sage People as the central Core HR application for HR, recruitment intake, and time capture workflows. The Sage People (ex Fairsail) deployment concentrated on core HR capabilities typical of the Core HR category, including centralized employee master data, organizational and position management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, absence and time-related records, and workforce reporting and configurable HR workflows. Configuration emphasized role based security and cloud HRIS controls to unify global personnel records and standardize HR transaction processing across sites. Integrations were explicitly scoped to connect Sage People with Optamor RPO for recruitment process outsourcing coordination, and with Mitrefinch for time and attendance data consolidation, enabling a single employee record to reflect hiring and time capture events. The implementation covered global operational sites including the USA, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Malta, and the UK, aligning recruitment, timekeeping, and core HR processes under the Sage People application. Governance was managed through the HRIS Programme lead, with programme level oversight to standardize HR processes and services, coordinate the global rollout, and align HR operating model changes with system configuration. Rollout and adoption emphasis focused on unifying HR service delivery across regions and integrating recruitment and time systems into the new Core HR platform.

Ageas UK | Insurance | 2600 | $835M | United Kingdom | IRIS Software | IRIS CascadeHR | Core HR | 2017 | n/a | In 2017, Ageas UK implemented IRIS CascadeHR as its Core HR system, replacing NGA ResourceLink. Ageas UK deployed IRIS CascadeHR to centralize HR information and reporting for its UK operations, aligning HR information, payroll reporting and talent management functions under a single Core HR application. The deployment emphasized HR management information capabilities, with IRIS CascadeHR configured to provide manager self-service reporting, executive dashboards and Balanced Scorecard metrics. Technical work included T-SQL based data queries to extend reporting capability, data cleansing and migration tasks to support a new benefits platform, and configuration to support annual compensation cycle processes and detailed pension and payroll queries. IRIS CascadeHR was integrated into a broader HR and talent ecosystem where Ageas UK led data and reporting coordination for Cornerstone On-Demand modules, specifically Succession, Recruiting, Learning and Onboarding. The implementation also worked alongside the Peakon employee engagement survey system and required structured data exchanges with the payroll environment and benefits platform to maintain ongoing operational flows. Governance focused on stakeholder management, process design for ongoing data requirements and auditability within Early Careers and Talent and Development workflows. Ageas UK built TUPE and redundancy calculators and mapped processes to support GDPR compliant handling of HR data, while working with external system partners to support iterative system developments and rollouts.
