Weigandt Consulting served as the system integrator and configured business processes, governance gates, and role based workflows to operationalize the new approach. Implementation activities included translating business rules for customer expectations into assortment templates, establishing approval workflows for store level overrides, and enabling planner access controls to support governed local assortment decisions.

The deployment configured financial and assortment planning modules MFP and AP to support merchandise financial planning workflows and assortment optimization. Assortment planning was executed at a lower, store specific level to account for location attributes and customer preferences, increasing planning granularity for product mixes.
A centralized Oracle Retail Assortment Planning instance was configured to generate store level assortments and financial plans, producing outputs that supported merchandising, inventory replenishment, and category management processes across the store network. Operational coverage included merchandising and planning teams as well as store assortment managers, with configuration and planning rules aligned to store characteristics and seasonal cadence.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, formalizing new assortment planning workflows and approval gates between merchandising and finance and enabling localized assortment decisions. The implementation explicitly aimed to increase margin, reduce end of season residues, and improve planning accuracy, which contributed to increased profitability for Snezhnaya Koroleva.
