Teams built SQL queries, A/B tests, imports/exports and automated activities, scheduled and deployed more than 100 email and mobile campaigns, and provided daily delivery and campaign reports to the data analysis team. Compliance controls (CAN‑SPAM/privacy) and Agile/SCRUM delivery practices were maintained; the environment included Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), the Marketing Cloud Connector, Email Services, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and API/testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.

Operational scope spans corporate lending, risk and portfolio management teams and is intended to unify credit decisioning inputs and monitoring into a single platform instance.
Governance and process restructuring accompanied the rollout, establishing centralized monitoring workflows and standardized escalation procedures across corporate lending and portfolio management. The engagement is intended to consolidate multiple older credit and portfolio systems and to accelerate loan processing through continuous monitoring, while retaining platform-aligned controls and auditability.

In 2019, Allied Irish Banks implemented nCino Cloud Banking Platform to modernize Core Banking across asset finance, SME, corporate and ESG lending in Ireland. Accenture served as the systems implementation partner and led the phased rollout across AIB's lending lines, configuring the cloud-hosted nCino Cloud Banking Platform and aligning process changes with internal operations teams. Operational coverage included lending operations, credit and underwriting teams, commercial relationship managers and back-office processing across Ireland, with platform governance centralized under the bank's digital program.
Public results reported in the case study include a 24% reduction in drop-off rates and dramatically faster time-to-funds, outcomes tied to the new nCino Cloud Banking Platform and the associated workflow standardization and governance changes.
