Alight Solutions acted as the implementation partner, driving governance and program execution together with Marelli leadership. Project governance emphasized international program management capability, strong client supplier collaboration, and change management to address remote working constraints and social distancing requirements experienced during the COVID period. Early operational outcomes cited in program reporting include a 97 percent adoption rate achieved in five weeks for the first performance campaign run on the new platform. The program intent remains a single Human Capital Management solution for simplified and standardized administrative and talent processes across Marelli’s global footprint. | |
